This is a quick check of the public information customers see when they search for your business online. It helps identify whether anything important needs attention.
I call this a Local Visibility Snapshot. I will look at the main information and contact routes, then share useful observations and sensible next steps.

A small number of suitable local requests can currently be accepted. Submitting the form asks for a review; it does not confirm a free place.
What does the free online check involve?
Think of it as an initial diagnostic check rather than a full audit. I look for obvious issues in the public information customers can find, then explain what appears worth addressing first. Nothing is changed as part of the check.
The check normally takes 30 to 45 minutes. It is intended to identify a useful starting point. It is not a sales obligation: you do not have to buy anything, leave a review or provide positive feedback in return.
Public information only
You do not need to provide passwords or account access. Ember Harbour will not change anything as part of the Snapshot.
What will it look at?
Where relevant public information is available, the Snapshot may check:
- Whether the business can be found and identified clearly online
- The main information shown through Google Search, Maps or a Google Business Profile
- Whether the website or main public page explains what the business does
- Whether important contact details appear clear and consistent
- Whether a customer has an obvious route to call, message, email or enquire
- Any immediate gap that appears more important than the others
The check concentrates on useful visible issues rather than inspecting every platform.
What will you receive?
You will receive a short, practical explanation of what appears worth addressing and what you could do next.
The findings may be explained by phone, email or an arranged conversation, depending on what is suitable and the contact method agreed.
If no substantial work appears necessary, Ember Harbour will say so. Any possible paid work is explained separately and remains your choice.
The Snapshot does not promise a formal report, score, ranking forecast or implementation plan.
Is your business suitable?
The free offer is intended for genuine local businesses that could benefit from a short check of their public online presence.
Priority is given to suitable businesses in Ballymena and surrounding areas, Broughshane, Glenarm and Carnlough. Requests from outside this core area may be considered only when local capacity remains.

A request is more likely to be suitable when
- The business can be identified from the information supplied
- Enough public information exists for a useful high-level check
- The main question fits a Snapshot rather than a full audit or complex recovery case
- The business has not already received its normal one free Snapshot
How a free place is confirmed
Sending a request does not reserve a free place. I will review the request and the time available, then let you know whether a place can be offered.
If you no longer need a confirmed place, please let me know so it can be offered to another business.
Suitability protects the limited time available. It does not judge the quality or value of the business.

What happens after you submit?
The process separates receiving a request from accepting a free place.

What is not included?
- A complete Online Presence Audit or detailed written report
- Competitor research or a full action plan
- Account access, platform changes or implementation
- Google Business Profile recovery, ownership disputes or difficult verification
- A website review covering every page or technical issue
- Repeated free checks or ongoing advice
- Guaranteed rankings, reviews, traffic or enquiries
- An automatic free or discounted follow-on service
The normal limit is one free Snapshot per business. Any later service is optional and requires its own written plan and, where applicable, price. Free or discounted work is never conditional on a positive review or future purchase.
