What to expect after you get in touch
Ember Harbour is a one-person business. I will reply as promptly as I can while allowing time for meetings and client work.
Replies
I usually respond to messages Monday to Thursday. An immediate or same-day reply is not guaranteed.
Meetings
Calls and meetings are by appointment. Introductory conversations can take place by phone, with face-to-face meetings arranged where practical.
Working area
I work locally around Ballymena, including Broughshane, Glenarm and Carnlough, and remotely with businesses elsewhere. There is no public office or customer-visit address.
